Osmose Online Application Process and Response Time

As soon as you complete the online Osmose Application for Employment, your information is entered into our applicant database, and you will receive an automated email confirming your information was received.

Your Application will be reviewed by an Osmose Recruiting Coordinator, and if an open position matches your skills and qualifications, your information will be forwarded to a local Osmose hiring manager.

Some candidates are contacted by an Osmose Recruiting Coordinator the same day they submit an online Application for Employment, some candidates are contacted a month after, and some candidates are never contacted. Whether or not you hear from us depends on if Osmose has open positions in your geographic area, your skills and qualifications against the skills and qualifications of the other candidates, and/or whether or not the position or positions have been filled. As much as we would like to personally contact every job applicant, unfortunately, it is almost impossible to respond to each and every one of the many thousands of new inquiries we receive every month.

If you are not contacted by an Osmose Recruiter or hiring manager, your information will remain "active" in our database for 1 year.
